Waterborne Hardeners/Latent Hardener

Principal properties: Principal applications:
Waterborne hardeners Waterborne hardeners
- Zero-VOC achievable. - Concrete coatings e.g., food processing plants, show rooms, laboratories, hospitals, nuclear power stations, breweries etc..
- Low viscosity and color. - Self-leveling, mortar flooring, and tile grouts.
- Low odour and non-flammable. - Steel coatings with liquid resin and semi-solid/solid resin emulsions e.g., anti-corrosive primers and topcoats.
- Easy to clean-up and apply. - Adhesives.
- Good adhesion, especially to damp or ‘green’ concrete. Latent hardener
- Good abrasion resistance. - Electric insulating materials.
Latent hardener - Various molded products.
- Easy to mix with epoxy resins and provides long storage period. - Adhesives.
- Fast cure at low temperature in a short time. - Powder coatings.
- Good resistance to chemicals and elevated temperature. - Accelerator for other one-pack epoxy systems.
- Excellent electrical insulation and good mechanical properties.
- Low skin irritation.
